Ingredients for 4 people
- 14 oz PGI Gragnano Tortiglioni
- 7 oz Peas
- 7 oz Broad beans
- 1 Spring onion
- 1/2 Glass of white wine
- 3 oz Pig’s cheek lard
- to taste EVO oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Brown the onion in a saucepan with a bit of olive oil for a few moments, add the pork cheek (guanciale) and brown, add the white wine.
- Then add the broad beans and peas, continuing to cook over low heat.
