Our Projects
With our partners we have always been committed to projects and activities that give back to the community
With Slow Food
We regularly participate in Slow Food events and initiatives, including food collection in response to the emergency from Covid-19, Salone del Gusto, Cheese and Slow Fish events
Parabere Forum
Since 2015 we have been sponsors of Parabere, an independent, international and non-profit forum that showcases women's opinions on major food issues. Parabere's commitment is to improve the world of gastronomy, food, nutrition and agriculture, involving and enhancing female representatives from various sectors, including the world of business and education. By sharing the experience and skills of women of all ages and geographical origins, the forum offers space for practical and innovative discussions on how to overcome current barriers and create new horizons and opportunities
Food for Soul
Food for Soul is a cultural project founded by michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore to promote awareness on food waste and fight hunger in the world. Since 2015 we have been financially supporting this project as well as with donations of pasta for the "Refettorio" which are dedicated venues around the world where tasty and nutritious meals are prepared from Monday to Friday for the ones in need. Furthermore, with a special project launched in October 2021, a portion of the proceeds from the Di Martino Barbie pasta will be donated to Food for Soul
La signora Tina
Since 2012 we have been supporting Mrs. Tina and her Neapolitan cooking school by providing pasta and complementary products. Every Tuesday, in the Spanish Quarters of Naples, the fruit and vegetable shop of Mrs. Tina and her husband Angelo is transformed into a cooking, embroidery and sewing school. The courses are attended by young people and foreign children of different origins favoring the integration between foreign communities and historical Neapolitan families, donating their time, energy, fruits and vegetables to those who, together with her, are committed to the creation of delicious recipes of the Neapolitan tradition. A plate of pasta, as Tina claims, shortens the distances between cultures and resolves any dispute or conflict!
