Ingredient for 4 servings

  • 1 Lb Di Martino pasta Orzo
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 6 oz tuna (drained and filleted)
  • 3 oz green olives
  • corn to taste
  • fresh basil to taste
  • EVO oil to taste



Cook pasta according to instructions on the box, until al dente

Drain, rinse under cold water and place in a large salad bowl. Combine with EVO oil, to prevent them from sticking together

Quarter cherry tomatoes and slice olives in half. Add the basil leaves, corn and tuna to the pasta. Stir gently to mix everything together

Dress with EVO oil and gently toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Italian’s chef touch:

Small fresh mozzarella balls add creaminess and rich bursts of flavor. Shredded Parmesan cheese is the perfect finishing touch, really yummy!
